PayPal is going well – have had 9 transactions which took no work on our part. 2) Courses Updates: Kilborne: Kiosk plastic could use replacing. Reedy Creek: Stout walkthrough with Park & Rec next week. Dave to make volunteer flyer for Bill Hornet’s Nest: 18 baskets from Innova are being refurbished and are coming our way (pay as we go). 9 needed for Hornet's Nest. 3 for Renny to replace Stan's personal baskets currently installed. Sugaw Creek: Whipper mower needed for several holes. Sam to get it up and running. Renaissance: Bridge planned for 5G (Tripp). Terraced planned for 4G green. (Stan) Brambles between 11&13G are getting mowed - Beav and crew. 3) Fundraiser for Fall Finale (may revert to “Charlotte Open”). 5 disc limited edition disc set featuring our 5 18-hole courses has been designed. John Dorn, designer of IceBowl and Worlds artwork did them. Incredible! Artwork was $100 each - $500 total. Sets will sell for $50. Discussed selling sets at outlets like Infinities End (their cost $45-50). Discussed Will advertise in DG World News magazine along with Fall Finale info. 4) New Business: Raleigh Membership Package. Stan brought in their example of something we should do to market our club more effectively. Club sells discs. Takes sign-ups at events for Stan to pick up at Innova. ZoneDriven to sell CDGC on their site. 5) Membership: Dave to get Scalps game finalized for rollout at IceBowl. 6) Renny Muleskins: We are on the PDGA schedule for April 9! 7) Committee has decided not to put bid in for Worlds. Rather, we will focus on building Charlotte Open into a world class A-Tier and possibly National Tour event.
